Megarezky Journal of Health Review (MJHR)

Megarezky Journal of Health Review (MJHR) is a peer-reviewed and open-access scientific journal published by the Postgraduate Program of Megarezky University, Makassar, Indonesia. The journal provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and practitioners to disseminate original research findings, review articles, case studies, and evidence-based practices in the field of health sciences.

MJHR is dedicated to promoting scientific advancement and innovation in healthcare through the publication of high-quality scholarly works that contribute to the improvement of public health, clinical practice, healthcare services, and health policy. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches that address contemporary challenges in healthcare and support sustainable health development at local, national, and global levels.

All manuscripts submitted to MJHR undergo a rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published twice a year (Biannually):

  • Volume Issue 1: January – June
  • Volume Issue 2: July – December

Additional special issues may be published based on editorial policy and scientific needs.


Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review Process, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who possess expertise relevant to the submitted topic.


Open Access Policy

Megarezky Journal of Health Review provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that making scientific research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All published articles can be accessed, downloaded, read, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet.


Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

MJHR follows the ethical guidelines and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

The journal only accepts manuscripts with acceptable similarity levels according to the editorial policy. Manuscripts identified with plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data manipulation, or unethical publication practices will be rejected immediately.

Journal History

Megarezky Journal of Health Review was established by the Postgraduate Program of Megarezky University as a scientific publication medium dedicated to disseminating high-quality research and evidence-based practices in health sciences. The journal was founded to strengthen scientific communication and support healthcare innovation at national and international levels.


Language Policy

The journal accepts manuscripts written in:

  • English (preferred)
  • Bahasa Indonesia

All articles must include titles, abstracts, and keywords in English.
