Abstract
Ventricular extrasystole is an ectopic beat that arises from the ventricles which is characterized by abnormal QRS waves on the electrocardiogram. Radiofrequency ablation is one of the measures to eliminate arrhythmia disorders that occur through the delivery of heat energy and 3D electro-anatomical Mapping can provide a better picture of the anatomical structure and location of the ablation. The aim of this research is to find out how the 3D Electro-anatomical Mapping and Radiofrequency Ablation techniques for Ventricular Extrasystole at the Integrated Heart Center of RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Research design Uses a descriptive type of research that provides an overview of the procedure, effective ablation location and ablation success using 3-Dimensional mapping. The number of samples used in this research was 2 samples. The research results showed that in patient 1, the effective location of ablation based on the 3-Dimensional mapping system (Ensite Precision Cardiac Mapping System) was at the Aortomitral Continuity and Left Coronary Cuspid, then radio frequency ablation was carried out with a power output of 50 watts, temperature 60 °C, for 2 minutes . In patient 2, the effective location of ablation based on the 3-Dimensional mapping system (Ensite Precision Cardiac Mapping System) was in the posterior freewall of the Right Ventricle Outflow Tract (RVOT), then radio frequency ablation was carried out with a power output of 60 watts, temperature 60 °C, for 2 minutes . All procedures were completed without complications.
