Abstract
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a type of disease that attacks many Indonesians. This condition occurs due to narrowing/blockage in the walls of the coronary arteries due to fat and cholesterol deposits, resulting in disruption of the blood supply to the heart. The treadmill test is a physical exercise test that is used to measure cardiovascular conditions by detecting hemodynamic changes, ischemia, and heart rhythm disturbances associated with physical activity. The aim of this study was to describe the treadmill test results of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). This research used descriptive research with a case study research design with a sample size of 1. The results of this research were ECG pre treadmill test SR, HR 65 bpm, ST elevation, ST depression, normal axis and ECG post treadmill test Regular, HR 93 bpm, ST elevation, depression, LAD.
